Measure ingredients into Bread Pan in order listed. Make a “well” in flour for yeast.
Insert Bread Pan into oven chamber, with

START/CANCEL

When cycle finishes, remove dough to a lightly floured surface then cover with a
large bowl and let rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Press and hold

a few
seconds to turn unit off. Divide dough into 18 portions. Roll into balls. Place in
lightly greased muffin tin cups. Cover and let rise in a warm, draft-free place for
30 to 45 minutes or until doubled in volume. Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes.

and place on a baking sheet sprinkled with cornmeal. Dimple with flour-coated
fingers. Cover and let rise in a warm, draft-free place for 30 minutes or until not
quite doubled in volume. Re-dimple dough, brush with olive oil and add your
favourite topping. Bake at 375°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
