To remove the fl owmeter:
Caution:
It may be necessary to bend the process
tube in order to remove the water valve. If it is
necessary to bend the process tube, use extreme
caution.
Remove the 1/4-in. hex-head screw that holds
1.
the water valve to the cabinet.
Lift and move the valve to the right to disengage
2.
the tab at the top of the valve.
Note:
When replacing or repairing the water line
•
tubing, ensure the end of the tubing is cut
square and fully inserted into the water valve
and
fl
owmeter connectors.
Do not discard mounting bracket. The mounting
•
bracket is not available as a replacement part.
Connectors are identical (part # WR02X10471).

The

owmeter is located in the machine
compartment behind the water valve. The water
valve must be removed to access the
fl
owmeter.
Lift and rotate the
fl
owmeter bracket

counterclockwise to disengage the 2 tabs at the
top of the bracket.
Carefully pull out the bracket and
fl
owmeter.

Mark and disconnect the inlet and outlet tubes

from the
fl
owmeter connectors.
Disconnect the wire harness from the
fl
owmeter.

Remove three 1/4-in. hex-head screws from the

mounting bracket.
Note:
The
fl
owmeter is attached to a mounting
bracket that is held to the cabinet with a 1/4-in.
hex-head screw and 2 tabs. It may be necessary to
use a stubby nutdriver or 1/4-in. ratchet wrench and
socket.
