Pull out controls on left side of Front Shell.
Housing controls on the front shell
must be retracted for camera clearance during insertion. All but the three geared
controls (top left, bottom left, and top right) will retract. Refer to Section 3 Operation
for more details on the housing controls.
Locate camera to housing.
Position the camera as shown, with the front lip
resting on bottom of the housing.
Insert Camera into housing.
Gently slide the camera on the Tray into the housing
until fully seated and the rear ‘wings’ of the Mount are under the thumbscrews. The
camera should move into the housing without obstruction. Tighten the thumbscrews
by hand first, then with the 3/16 tool firmly.
CAUTION: AVOID OBSTRUCTIONS.
The camera should insert freely, without
obstruction. If obstructions or resistance are encountered, stop. Remove the camera,
find the cause of the obstruction, and try again.
Position the camera on the
Mount as shown, and slide
into the housing until fully
seated.
If you encounter any
obstructions, stop and
investigate. Then try again.
Retract all
controls on the
front shell
except three
geared
controls.
