fastened and plugged
into their receptacles
Fasten & plug in 3 phase
power cords
Check for 3-phase
voltage at secondary
side contactor
Ensure that main 3-phase circuite
breakers are not tripped
or turned off
Check for Soild State Relay
Closure by measuring
approx 0 VAC on output
Replace effected
Solid State Relay
Replace Bad Contactor
Check for disconnected or
damaged molex plugs
going to heating elements
Check for full line voltage
at effected heating element
Replace heating element
Check for a full amperage
draw on effected element
Check for approx. 8.9 VDC
at input side of effected
heat zone’s Solid State Relay
Check for loose pins or damaged
wires from Controller routed
to effected zone’s
Solid State Relay
Replace Main Controller
