5. START UP INSTRUCTIONS
5.1. LIST OF MATERIALS
The machine includes the following elements that you
will find in the box:
• Machine.
• Bar cover
• Protector.
• Protector Screw
• Instruction manual.
Remove carefully all the elements from the box and
make sure that all listed parts are included.
Check all the elements of the machine to ensure
that there are no damaged elements. If you find any
damaged part or there are any elements missing,
do not use the machine until the problem has been
solved or you have been given the missing parts.
Usage of the machine with defective or missing parts
is dangerous and could result in personal injuries.
5.2. MMOUNTING
5.2.1. PROTECTOR ASSEMBLY
Place protector as shown this picture. Insert the
screws and tighten.
5.2.2. CONNEXION TO THE MAINS
It is obligatory to connect the machine to a mains
switch protected by a residual differential equal to or
less than 30mA. Electricity tension should be 240v,
frequency 50Hz and have a magnet and thermal
switch between 10A-16A.
The current and tension supplied must coincide with
those in the characteristics label.
Prior to starting work check that the machine works
adequately and all security measures work.
5.2.3. HOLD THE EXTENSION CABLE
Only use extension cables approved for outdoor use.
The cable must be at least 1.5 mm

, the cable should
have a maximum length of 25 m and be fully unwound
before starting work.
Attach the extension cable by
inserting it into the handlebar
hook, as shown in Fig.
5.3. START UP
5.3.1. CHECKING POINTS PRIOR TO USING THE
MACHINE
Do not use the machine if it is damaged or not well
regulated.
Use this machine to do jobs for which it has been
designed. Any other use could be dangerous to the
end user, for the machine and to other people, animals
and things that are nearby.
Verify that:
- The machine completely and look for loose parts
(screws, nuts, etc.) and damages.
