be in a bad state. Ensue there are no oil leakages.
Do not use the machine if damaged or incorrectly
regulated.
6.3.1 VERIFICATION OF THE CHAIN BRAKE
When the machine kicks back, the tip of the bar
elevates itself and the machine changes angle sharply
not allowing the end user to change the arms position
and the arm hits against the security protector and
this activates the chain brake. The chain brake stops
the engine in 0.15 seconds.
The chain brahe can be activated at any moment by
pushing the security protector forward. To remove the
chain brake, pull the security protector back until you
hear a click.
Check the chain
brake every time
you use the machine
prior to start up.
To do this and with
the machine not on
the mains, activate
the chain brake by
pushing the security protector until you hear a click.
Hold the machine horizontally at a distance from the
wood of some 40cm, remove the hand holding the
front handle and allow the machine to carefully fall
until the tip of the bar touches the piece of wood. If
the brake works correctly the chain should not move
when it contacts the piece of wood. If this is not the
case and the chain moves, you must take the machine
to your nearest after sales agent for the machine to
be repaired.

Do not use already used oils or oils with impurities as
this could damage the oil pump of the machine.
The chain oil must be introduced in the chain oil
deposit. To avoid dirt and impurities entering the
interior of the deposit, clean the oil cap of the deposit
before opening it. Close the cap of the oil level and
clean if any oil has fallen outside the deposit.
Check the level of the oil by looking at the oil level
gauge.
MIN: When only 5mm

MAX: Oil level full at the
top level of the gauge.
Note: The life span of
