QUALITY AND DURABILITY OF WOOD (NATURAL MATERIAL)
Between leaving the factory and the
installation of the garden house at the
customer’s place, cracks may appear on the
boards. This phenomenon, which does not
affect the mechanical strength of the wood,
can be caused by moisture differences and
the drying out of the wood. This is not a basis
for warranty claims unless the crack runs
along the entire length of the board.
It is also possible that pockets of resin can form and leak, especially in the summer when it’s
very hot. However, this is not a reason to claim under the warranty.
Coloured stains on the boards caused by our supplier’s inspection are also excluded from
the warranty. In this case, the board can be turned so that the stain is hidden under the
bitumen cardboard or under the floor.
We remind you that wood is a living material
and subject to constant work due to
temperature and humidity changes.
IMPORTANT
During installation, it is important to
properly fit and align each board to ensure
proper assembly.
