Warranty and Claim Information

7.  The service contractor will be allowed 2 hours

for an initial inspection of the dryer.  If, at this time,
the cause of failure is determined to be non warranty,
(see what is covered and what is not covered) the
distributor will be billed for the inspection. The distributor
can then recover his costs from the end user. If the
failure is within warranty, the service contractor will be
asked to provide an estimate for the cost of the repairs.
Once a price is established, the contractor will be given
permission to proceed.
