•
drains
Draining of flooded basements, boats and yachts

Ventilation and water circulation
•

•

Special instructions:
Avoid larger stones getting sucked in!
•
Application: To suction off dirty water with a maximum percentage of 5 % solid
•
material (dense material, no stone)
Liquids/installation suitable for suction. Dirty water of all kinds, incl. with parts
•
containing fibre (leaves, paper, greenery etc.) Soiled liquids (from silos).
All other liquids are fundamentally not permissible.
•
Not suitable for biological sewage treatment plants and cesspools.
No flammable liquids, no gaseous or explosive substances may be pumped with
•
these pumps.
The max. temperature of the liquid to be pumped may not 35 °C during
•
continuous operation.
Attention! Avoid the pump running dry.
In case of muddy, sandy or gravelly ground, the pump must be suspended from a rope
or chain, or a correspondingly wide base needs to be provided to allow the pump to
operate while submersed. Sand or other abrasive substances reduce the lifecycle of the
hydraulic components as well as the pump seals and are to be avoided. In case of tempe-
ratures below freezing point, the pump is to be removed from the liquid to be pumped.
It must absolutely be avoided that the pump is subjected to a risk of freezing. The pump
must be emptied and brought to a location where it is protected against frost. To facilita-
te the filling of the pump, it is recommended to let the air out by submerging the pump
in the liquid with the outlet pipe pointing up.
Customer information:
Please place the pump in the water diagonally, so that the air at the bottom of the
pump can escape.
