5) Install the edger wheel depth adjusting
knob (24) and then fully tighten it by turning it

clockwise. (Fig. J3)

Adjusting the edger depth

WARNING. Improper edger depth can lead

to serious injuries and cause damage to

property. Do not use the device before adjusting

the depth.
NOTE:

Stop the motor and remove the battery packs

before adjusting the depth of cut.
You can adjust the depth of the edger according to

your needs.
1) Remove the battery packs if you have already

installed the battery packs.
2) Loosen the edger wheel depth adjusting knob

(24) by turning it anti-clockwise. (Fig. K1)
3) Move the wheel arm up to increase the depth or

down to decrease the depth according to your work

needs. (Fig. K2)
4) After adjustment is complete, tighten the edger

wheel depth adjusting knob (24) securely by turning

it clockwise.
