Spread a thin layer of outdoor wood glue in the elongated holes in the Right Side Assembly (B).

Insert the Back (C) and the two Bottom Supports (E) into the holes and gently tap with a mallet. Using

a damp rag, quickly wipe away any excess glue.

Fig. 1a

Place a Barrel Nut (J) in each hole of the Bottom Seat Support (E). The slotted end of the Barrel Nut

is parallel to the threads in the nut. Use a slotted screwdriver to align the threaded hole to the hole

in the elongated dowel. Place one Washer (I) over one Machine Thread Eye Bolt (H). Insert them

through the hole in the bottom of the front leg and through the Barrel Nut. To give you more leverage

and to help you turn the bolt more easily, place the shank of a screwdriver through the eye and rotate

clockwise.

TAKE CARE NOT TO OVER-TIGHTEN THE EYE BOLTS.

Place a Barrel Nut (J) in the hole of the Bottom Seat Support (E). Using the provided hex wrench

(O or P) of choice, thread one 8x90 Hex Bolt (G) through the bottom of the back leg and through

the Barrel Nut. Tighten. Place the Seat (D) on top of the supports and up against the side assembly.

See Figures 1 and 1a.

NOTE:

When applicable, use a variable speed drill and the Straight Hex Wrench (P) to tighten the

bolts instead of the Bent Hex Wrench (O). Doing so will make this assembly easier.

Place another Barrel Nut (J) in the hole of the Back (C). Place one Washer (I) over one Machine

Thread Eye Bolt (H). Insert them through the hole in the top of the front leg and through the Barrel Nuts.

Tighten as before.
