5. TROUBLESHOOTING TABLE
SPA YARD
SYMPTOM
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Winter Mode protects
the Spa from freezing
by starting up the Spa
several times a day to
prevent ice formation
in the pipes.
MEASURES TO TAKE
The display is
flashing.
Three points are
flashing on the
display.
The water
temperature
light is flashing.
The water pump
c o n t i n u a l l y
activates and
deactivates.
There has been a
power cut.
A problem has been
detected.
Low water level.
Do NOT enter the water!
Press any key to stop the display flashing. Re-
programme the duration of the filter cycles.
Check the water level. Add water if necessary. Clean
the filter if necessary. Disconnect and then reconnect
the power supply. If the error persists, inform the
Technical Support Service.
Press any key and re-programme the Spa's filter
cycle.
The water temperature
has reached 44 ºC and
t r i g g e r e d t h e
overheating protection
system.
On several
occasions, the
pump starts for a
minute with the
filter light flashing.
Do NOT enter the water!
In the event of overheating, follow the precautions
indicated in section 4.2.
If the fault persists, inform the Technical Support
Service.
If there is a risk of freezing, the series of precautions
listed in section 4.1 must be taken.
Add water to the Spa, so that the level half covers the
Skimmer inlet (water level).
