Setting the frying sensor function
Select the appropriate frying setting from the table. Put
the pan on the hotplate.
The hob must be switched on.
1 Touch the
Ú
symbol. The
‘
in the display lights
up. The possible frying settings appear in the
display menu.
2 Within the next 10 seconds, select the required
frying setting in the settings range:
The sensor frying system is activated. The 2nd
filament circuit in the tri-circuit hotplate is
automatically switched on.
The symbol
Ú
lights up until the frying temperature is
reached. Then a signal sounds. The temperature symbol
goes out.
3 Add the fat and then the food to the pan.
Turn as you normally would to prevent burning.
