3.  Using the Navigation Pad (

) to scroll, press the Left soft key (

) to set the 

selected AP as the default, and press the Right soft key (

) to modify AP 

settings.
The AP Settings screen displays the following options:

•   IP Settings—select DHCP or configure Static settings including IP Address, 

Subnet Mask, Gateway Address, and DNS Address.

•   Security Settings—enter the Security protocol. The key options are WPA Pass-

phrase, WPA Key, WEP64 Key, WEP64 Passphrase, WEPl28 Key, and WEP128 
Passphrase.

•   Delete—delete the selected AP.
4.  Press the Left soft key (

) to save settings.

Master Reset

You can return the MIP-200 to the factory defaults using the Master Reset 
menu.
To reset all phone settings, perform the following steps:
1.  Press the Left soft key (

) to display the main menu.

2.  Using the Navigation Pad (

) to scroll and the Left soft key (

) to select 

items, go to Phone Settings

´

 Master Reset.

A warning message displays, to prevent accidental deletion of your set-
tings.

3.  Press the Left soft key (

) to reset all setting changes,

OR

4.  Press the Right soft key (

) to return to the Phone Settings menu.

Upgrading Firmware

Your MIP-200 supports firmware upgrades as they become available from the 
vendor.

Note: The security protocol selected must be the same 
as the AP in order for connection to establish correctly. 
See your AP User Manual for more information.
