PA 27 FOOD PROCESSOR
1.1 The PA 27 Food Processor comprises a steel (1020) lower base and an aluminum upper base,
both with epoxy finishing
1.2 It works as a food processor and has an excellent performance. It can be used to slice, grate or
shred vegetables, cut fresh fruit, bread, cheeses, salami, sausages and alike.
2.1. Install the machine on a flat surface.
2.2 Before installing your machine, check if the voltage conforms your mains supply (110/220V).
3.1 Lift the food presser (item 14, page 11), place the food to be prepared, switch on the machine and
press.
3.2 Never put your hand inside the aluminum lid (item 13) while the machine is working.
3.3 Never remove the aluminum lid (item 13) with the machine on.
3.4 Make sure the handle is properly tightened before switching on the machine.
3.5 In case any food gets stuck to the disc, switch the machine off before removing it.
3.6 To place the discs, lift the presser (item 14) and loosen the handle (item 24). Turn the body lid
(item 13) slightly clockwise and remove it. Place the disc (item 21) on the drive shaft (item 02) and
screw the nut on with the screwdriver that is supplied with your product. After that, replace the parts
you have removed and the machine is ready to operate
4.1 Switch off the machine, lift the lever (item 14) and loosen the handle (item 24). Turn the body lid
(item 13) slightly clockwise and remove it. After that, remove the nut (item 16) and the disc (item 21)
with the screwdrivers that are supplied with your product.

5.1 If your equipment is not working according to its specifications, have the till receipt and
Instructions Manual at hand and contact G.Paniz Customer Service, and we'll inform you about the
nearest Authorized Service Center.
5.2 PA 27 does not need lubrication.
5.3 To make the replacement of parts easier, always use the machine reference and the number and
name of the part requested. These data can be found on the pictures of pages 11.
