Starting with RE3
Our machines are set apart from our competitors with our custom laser engraving software, known as
RetinaEngrave v.3 or simply RE3.
Using your new machine for the first time can seem intimidating but we've worked to make this guide as clear
as possible regarding our software. In the previous section we mentioned having an idea of the design and
materials for your project. Once you have that prepared you're ready to start using RE3.

RetinaEngrave v3.0 Software
RetinaEngrave V.3 will look like this when fully loaded on the bowser.
Note: The device must be on and fully booted to access RE3. If the machine is off RE3 will inform you
that the device has been disconnected.

Select the file you wish to engrave
via your editing software or an image saved on your computer.

It can be place into RE3 using two methods:
-It can be “dragged” into your RE3 workspace using your mouse.
-It can be placed using the photo icon.
b.
Modify the image in RE3 to be the proper size, laser settings,and file type (raster or vector), as
well as any other laser properties that are specific to that engraving
