Clearing a jammed fastener

If a fastener becomes jammed in the tool, disconnect the air hose and keep the 

tool pointed away from you while clearing the jam.

1.  

Pull back the sleeve on female quick connector to disconnect the tool from the 

air supply.

2.

  Remove fasteners from the tool.

3.

  Pull the front guide latch, releasing the 

front guide (fig. 10).

4.  

Pivot front guide forward. Use a flat blade 

screwdriver (not included) to remove the 

jam (fig. 11)

5.  

Close the front guide and lock the front 

guide latcH.

WARNING!

 Disconnect the tool from the air supply before clearing a 

jammed fastener. Failure to do so could result in serious personal injury.
