Earth leakage current measurement conditions
It is necessary to measure the earth leakage current under two conditions:
normal condition and single fault condition.
How to change the phase
You can switch the phase by inserting the conversion plug into the power
outlet upside down.
How to reproduce a single fault condition
To reproduce a single fault condition, insert one of the two inserts of the
conversion plug by cutting the other insert.

Normal condition
0.5 mA or less
Single fault condition
1.0 mA or less
