8.4 Configuration
In this section is where main configuration for the signals is carried out.
8.4.1 General
Set the general gateway parameters.

General configuration
1. Gateway Name:
Descriptive name for the gateway in its use on the Configuration Tool.
2. Project Description:
Short description of the project.
3. Enable DHCP:
Enables and disables DHCP usage by the gateway.
4. IP:
Enter the IP address for the gateway (
192.168.100.246
by default).
5. NetMask:
Enter the gateway net mask address (
255.255.255.0
by default).
6. Gateway:
Enter the router or default gateway address if needed. In case you don’t want to use it, leave it
blank.
7. Password:
Enter the access password to allow IP connection to the gateway (
admin
by default).
8. Time:
Press “Set” set current PC time to the gateway. Check “Time sync on project download” to
synchronise time when downloading project to the gateway.

Security configuration if exists, is for maintenance purpose only, and is not to be edited.
