7.2 Installing an expansion card
Ê Open the server (see section “Opening the server” on page 19 ).
Ê Please read the documentation supplied with the expansion card.

Press the lock together (1) and open it up (2).

Pull out the slot cover (3).

CAUTION!
Keep the slot cover in a safe place. If the expansion card is removed
and not replaced with a new card, the slot cover must be reinstalled
due to cooling, to comply with applicable EMC regulations (regula-
tions on electromagnetic compatibility) and to protect against fire.
