4. SET LAMINATION FILM/MANUAL MODE (cont’d)
13. Turn on the power switch. The heat rollers should begin to get hot. If they do not, check that the
RFID tag
is in place on the lower film roll,
that it is
facing the non-operator side
of the machine and was not damaged
during the installation.
14. Push the Manual MOVE Switch towards the exit of the machine. The threading card and film should start
to move. If they do not move DO NOT LOWER THE LAMINATION HANDLE. Carefully push the trailing edge of
the threading card firmly at the lamination roller area to make the leading edge of the card engage the rollers
near the exit. In one or two seconds the threading card, along with two sheets of film should exit the
discharge.
If the card and film to do not exit
the machine within 5 seconds
STOP!
Film could be accumulating
within the machine. If this is allowed to
continue damage to the machine will occur!
