The film pack cannot
be loaded, or cannot be
loaded smoothly. 1
The film pack is not for your printer.

The film pack is not being loaded
correctly.

Use FUJIFILM Instant Film “instax SQUARE” only.
(No other films can be used.)

Match the yellow line on the film pack with the
yellow positioning mark in your printer.
The film cover cannot
be ejected.
● The printer cannot recognize the
film pack.
● Remove the film pack and load it again.
The film cannot be
ejected to the end. ●
The printer shakes or has been
dropped and the film has become
misaligned.

Grasp the edge of the film and pull it out.

Performing another printing operation pushes
the jammed film out.
The film pack cannot be

Load a new film pack.

Remove the battery and insert it again. If this does
not solve the problem, remove the jammed film
and load a new film pack.
