7.1 Daily check
(1) Zero calibration and span calibration

Perform zero calibration. For the calibration procedures, refer to “Item 6.9.1 Zero calibra-
tion”.

Then, perform span calibration. For the calibration procedures, refer to “Item 6.9.2 Span
calibration”.

Zero calibration and span calibration should be carried out once a week, as required.
(2) Flow rate check
