Auto Standby
The receiver is equipped with automatic shut-off function for energy saving. This means that after three hours in
operating mode without any action on your part, the receiver will automatically go into standby. This function is factory

Power Saving in Standby
The receiver is equipped even with a system to save energy during Standby mode. This function is factory preset. Also, it
can be disabled through the menu parameter

Tools menu
3.5.1
Information
This menu lists system information of the receiver, in particular the software version in use.
3.5.2
Factory Setting (reset)
The restoring of the original factory configuration of the receiver is commonly called Reset. To reset, go to
Factory
Setting
menu, then confirm by pressing OK on the screen button
Yes
.
WARNING
When you do this, you will lose all user customizations and all the channels loaded. The latest software version installed
will be preserved.
3.5.3
Upgrade By USB
The receiver software is upgradeable via USB port from this menu, after inserting a USB stick containing the image
appropriate software that the manufacturer will, at its discretion, provide when necessary.
WARNING
During a software update, you do not interact with the receiver and never turn off the main leads: there is the risk of
permanent damage to the receiver!
3.5.4
Remove USB device safely
Utility for the safe removal of the connected USB storage device connected to the receiver. Refer to paragraph 2.6.1.2.
3.5.5
Network
The receiver is equipped with an integrated system for exchanging data via broadband internet network with 10/100
Ethernet interface, dedicated to the enjoyment of some internet radio services (para. 3.5.5.2).
3.5.5.1
Network settings
To configure an internet data connection, access the menu Tools > Network > Network Setting. First enable the
Ethernet
interface from the item

DHCP
(Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol DHCP) to one of the following:

: automatic application network parameters via DHCP dynamic Protocol.
2.
Off
: a manual setting of network parameters by the user. This is useful when you want to assign a static IP address
to the device.
Finally, apply the changes by pressing OK on the item

Internet Radio
Some radio stations also broadcast their programming over the internet. This type of radio stations is commonly
referred to as Internet Radio or Web Radio.
This receiver has a list of Internet Radio that you can access via the Tools > Network > Internet Radio menu:
Select a radio station on the list by using the arrow keys

/
▼
and press OK to listen to it.
To change stations use the arrow buttons
▼
/
▲
or CH-/CH+; alternatively, go back to the list of stations by pressing
OK.
Press the STOP button when you want to stop playback.
Lastly, press EXIT to exit and return to the menu.
