Make sure that the chip SIM
is not damaged. If it is
damaged return the unit to
the manufacturer to be
repaired.
No SIM card
Server

failed
The communicator cannot
connect to the server to route
the GPRS message to the
control room
Make sure that the
programming of the Server
GPRS settings are correct.
The GSM network may
be experiencing technical
problems. Contact the
manufacturer.
The communicator
cannot connect to
the server to send
the alarms
