8. Warranty and After-sales Service
8.2 Warranty
●
During the warranty period, if the material defects or manufacturing defects of parts
of the machine are found and recognized by the company, the parts will be exchanged
or repaired free of charge by the company or the supplier or the service factory
designated by the company.
● Even if it is within the warranty period, any item listed below will not be covered by
the warranty.
1. Earthquakes, typhoons, floods, accidents, and fires
2. Damaged part is lost.
3. Repairs are performed outside the service factory designated by the company or the
company, and the failure caused by these repairs.
4. Failure to apply this change to the machine or device without the company's
approval.
5. When the genuine parts are not used or the greases specified by the company are
not used.
6. The machine is used beyond the limits set by the company.
7. Failures caused by failure to follow the correct use of the operating methods,
periodic inspection and maintenance methods.
8. Defects that change with over time (natural fading of paint, plating, etc.).
9. Periodic inspection maintenance operations and consumables required by this
manual.
10. Failure occurs in the delivery checkpoint.
11. Use it before the company or the vendor and the service center deliver it to
checkpoint, and then failure occurs.
