3.1.1
Attachment height
To enable low crops to be accurately measured, the distance
between the attachment points (112) at the console and the
surface must be no more than 190 cm.
Tip: We recommend setting the attachment height so that the top
edge of ISARIA
®
is flush with the top edge of the vehicle's engine
compartment cover (Fig. 8).
The figure shows the attachment height for the other attachment
variants.
3.1.2
Installation situation/light conditions
Certain light sources (for example, pulse-operated work lights
fitted on a coupler, such as LED work lights) can influence the measured results. The measurement
range (under the sensors) must not be lit with spotlights of this type.
3.1.3
Attaching the terminal attachment console
Tools required
- Socket wrench (ratchet wrench)
- Socket wrench inserts 17 mm and 19 mm
- Punch and hammer
- Drill, 5 mm and 10 mm drill bit
- Spirit level
• Park the vehicle on an even surface and secure against rolling.
• Attach a lateral profile (99) to the front loader bump protection (16)
of the vehicle. For this purpose, jam the front loader bump
protection between the clamping plates (101) and the lateral
profiles (99) and align using the spirit level. In the process,
manually fasten the bolted connections (102) equally.
Material used for attachment:
- 4x DIN933-M10x45-8.8 screws
- 8x DIN125-A10.5 washers
- 4x DIN985-VM10 self-locking nuts
• Attach the second lateral profile (99) to the other side of the front loader bump protection at the
same height in the same way.
