18.0
WARNINGS AND ALARMS
18.1
COMPRESSOR PROTECTION WARNING
Starting the compressor several times within a short period can jeopardise its reliability.
To prevent the user from starting the compressor too often in too short a space of time, there is a pre-
set interval between two starts in which it will not be possible to start the compressor.
18.2
DOOR OPEN ALARM
Thirty seconds after opening the door, the open door warning appears, accompanied by an intermittent
acoustic alarm. It is recommended that opening the door is kept to a minimum during a cycle. If the alarm
persists for over 3 minutes, the appliance will automatically stop the current cycle.
When the door is closed, the alarm will automatically stop.
If the alarm sounds with the door closed, contact technical support to have the door sensor checked or
replaced.
18.3
CHAMBER PROBE READING ERROR ALARM
In case of a reading error or fault with the chamber probe, the display will show the chamber probe reading
error alarm, and the appliance will be unable to perform any cycle.
The
Ignore
key will return you to the main page.
If the alarm persists, contact technical support.
18.4
CORE PROBE READING ERROR ALARM
In case of a reading error or fault with the core probe, the display will show the core probe reading error
alarm.
Where possible, the cycle will continue using the chamber probe.

key will return you to to the main page.
18.5
HIGH TEMPERATURE CHAMBER ALARM
If the temperature detected by the cabinet probe is above
100°C
, the "
High temperature
" alarm appears. As
soon as the detected temperature falls below the alarm value, it will return to the previous mode or cycle.
Touch the information key for information relating to the alarm. The display will show the high temperature
Info page.
18.6
BLACKOUT ALARM
If the appliance is operating a cycle when a blackout occurs which lasts less than 5 minutes, it will
automatically continue from the point at which the it was interrupted once the power supply is reinstated. In
case of blackout lasting more than 5 minutes, the "power cut" message will appear.
Touch the
Ignore
key to display the page of the cycle that was being performed when the blackout occurred.
18.7
CONDENSER CLEANING WARNING
After a certain number of hours of operating the appliance, the display will show the message "condenser
cleaning recommended, contact an authorised technical support centre".
The
Ignore
key allows you deactivate the alarm.
The Postpone key allows you to postpone the alarm.
