OPERATION
The unit has a "Touch Screen" control interface that can be operated with the simple touch of your fingers.
If your fingers are cold, the display may not react.
Do not use pointed or sharp objects as they may damage the display.

CONTROL AREA
To switch the appliance on, press the ON/OFF button for more than 2 seconds. To switch the appliance
off, press the ON/OFF button for more than 2 seconds. The appliance switches to stand-by mode.
16.2
SWITCHING ON THE APPLIANCE FOR THE FIRST TIME
Before connecting the appliance, read the "Installation" section carefully.
After connecting the appliance to the electric power supply, the display will show a round image for
approximately one minute, which indicates that the system is loading.
16.3
LANGUAGE, DATE AND TIME SETUP
When the appliance is switched on for the first time, the user is asked to set the language, date and time.
Select the desired language and touch "OK". When "OK" is touched, the language is saved and the display
shows the next page: "Date and time". Set the date and time using the - and + keys.
After one minute of inactivity, the display returns to the main menu.
To change the "Language" or "Date and time" in the future select: Menu>Functions>Settings>Language or
Date and time.

HEATING THE APPLIANCE WITHOUT LOAD
Before using the appliance for the first time, it should be heated while empty to degrease the heaters. This is
done by running the "Yogurt" cycle, in which the appliance reaches its highest temperatures. This procedure
might cause certain smells to develop. These are not a sign of a fault and will disappear quickly.

Storage
It keeps food at the desired temperature in the -40°C to + 45°C range, with an adjustable fan speed between
25% and 100%.
