Use of Half Bay
The POK1/2CAM half bay must always be installed under the last section and
cannot be used to raise the tower beyond the measurements indicated in the
manual, but must be used to reach reduced intermediate heights of 60 cm, if
there are vertical obstructions.
The half bay is composed of no.4 tie rods per half bay POK1/2TIR + no.2 half
vertical uprights POK1/2SPAL + no.2 horizontal sills POK DAVANZ.
N.B. Use is recommended of no.1 half bay per tower only.
Dismantling and storage
Dismantling must take place in reverse sequence to that indicated in the assembly instructions.
It is strictly forbidden to launch components from above, both for the safety of those beneath and for the
intactness of the components.
All the elements should be kept, avoiding their deterioration, or loss, or improper use for other functions.
Before each use (and after each movement)
always check the mobile work tower was assembled by regularly and completely
following the instructions provided to guarantee state-of-the-art execution and if this is in
the vertical position.
Before each use, you must ensure all the safety measures were taken to prevent
accidental movement, applying locking brakes and stabilising brackets.
Climbing on the scaffolding is forbidden.
It is forbidden to also lean one's body over the side section and also push the mobile
scaffolds from above.
For mobile scaffolds with various work platforms, work can only take place on one
platform at a time.
It is forbidden to overload the work platforms by exceeding the capacities
indicated. Never use ladders or superstructures to heighten the work
platforms. It is forbidden to assemble, use or move mobile scaffolds in
strong wind.
Use is not
permitted of
bridge
connections
between mobile
work towers and
a building, or
between two
different mobile
scaffolds.
It is not permitted to rest
and use lifting devices.
With the exception of the Frigerio
pulley specifically for mobile
scaffolds with a lifting capacity
not exceeding 50 kg. This operation
should only take place inside
the mobile scaffold or the area between the stabilising brackets.
