Preliminary operations
It is compulsory to periodically check each year and
compile the record on the latter pages of this manual.
Before starting to assemble the mobile scaffold, it is good practice to check it is in g ood condition, i.e. intact and
perfect functionality of its components. In particular, check:
➢
The castors, original and suitable for use, are not damaged, rotate and brakes, if
any (available on request) are working.
➢
All the frames and tubes are straight and dent-free; that the frame of the work
platforms are perfect and the wooden boards are fastened properly.
➢
The fastening pawls of the tie rods are intact and not blocked.
➢
If necessary, clean and/or lubricate where necessary.
Damaged components should never be used!
Ensure all components of the mobile scaffold are present, comparing the table below.
If parts are missing, replacement is forbidden with foreign parts not manufactured by FRIGERIO.

N.B. Each work platform is composed of: 1 plywood platform with trapdoor, 2 short toe boards, 2 long toe boards.
Only people in good mental-physical health can access the raised scaffolding.
Work cannot be carried out near power lines at a distance of less than five metres
(Possible oscillations caused by wind should also be taken into consideration).
Ensure the surface on which the scaffold will be erected is level and cannot subside.
If necessary, use large enough boards to prevent the structure subsiding.
Ensure that erection of the mobile scaffold is not obstructed by overhead structures,
such as gutters, cantilevered balconies, suspended cables, etc.
Instructions for use of POKER mobile scaffold
WARNING:
Mobile scaffold towers can only be assembled and dismantled by
people familiar with the assembly and use instructions, and under the
supervision of an authorised supervisor.
