(fig. 3-5)
.

Reinserting Manual Controller
Feeding the cord into the bottom of the holder, return the manual controller to its
cradle and pivot down. The controller should be flush with the unit’s surface
.
Note: Once in place, the manual controller becomes the automatic control panel.

Perimeter Switch Power
Press the “ON” button found on the face of the switch.
Note: It will automatically shut off after 3 hours.
3.9 Operating
Press the green button on the control panel. A ‘Warming Up’ message will appear for a few
seconds, audio will sound. RL500 will begin to move forward, towards the perimeter wire.
After positioning itself on the wire, RL500 will mow the border one to two times. When the
border is completely mowed, RL500 will turn left into the lawn and begin to mow inside the
perimeter wire until the end of its designated work time
(fig. 3-6)
.
Note: ‘Skip edge’ will appear under the ‘Warming Up’ message. To bypass mowing the edge of the lawn
and go straight to mowing the main area inside the wire, simply press the green button while ‘Warming
Up’ is still displayed.
