OPERATION

Timer/Sleep Setting

Sleep setting

 

To automatically turn the unit OFF after a chosen length of time:

Press the Timer button when the unit is on.

symbol [      ] will stay lit indicating that the timer is set. Once the selected 
amount of time ends, the unit will turn off automatically.

Set Timer

To automatically turn the unit ON after a chosen length of time: 

First make sure the unit is set to the desired mode. To do this, press the power

button [      ] to turn the unit on, press the Mode button [      ] to set the desired 
mode, set the desired fan speed if available [     ] (available in Cool mode 
or Fan mode) then press the Power button again to turn the unit off. 
While the unit is off, press the Timer button. Follow steps 2-3 as indicated

above under “Sleep Setting.” Once the chosen amount of time ends, the unit 
will turn on automatically. 

Adjust/Cancel the Timer or Sleep Setting

When Timer is on (indicated by the illuminated timer symbol       ) you can 
check the remaining amount of time by pressing the Timer button. It will flash 
5 times. Press Up or Down button to adjust set time. The set time can also be 
cancelled if you press the Timer button once again while the time is flashing.
