SWITCHING THE APPLIANCE ON

Press the On-Off key to switch the hob on.
All the displays relative to the cooking zones switch on in the «-» standby position.

SWITCHING A COOKING ZONE ON

Select the desired cooking zone by pressing the corresponding Zone Selection key.
Within 6 seconds, set the cooking zone power level by pressing the 

[+] 

or

 [-]

 key. The power of the single cooking 

zone can be adjusted in 9 different positions and will be shown on the relative luminous display with a level from «1»

to «9».

POT DETECTION

 «   »

Each induction cooking zone has a pot detection minimum limit, which varies according to the material of the 

cookware being used. For this reason, you should choose the cooking zone which is most suitable for the diameter of 

the cookware you are going to use.
If the symbol «   » appears on the cooking zone display, it means that:

• 

The cookware used is not suitable for induction cooking.

• 

The cookware diameter is smaller than the one allowed by the hob.

• 

No cookware is on the cooking zone.

RESIDUAL HEAT « »

If the temperature of the cooking zone is still high (over 50°) after it has been switched off, the relative display will 

indicate the « » symbol (residual heat). The symbol will only switch off when the burn risk in no longer present.

BOOSTER « »

This hob is provided with the Booster function, printed on the I key of the control panel. This feature enables a cooking 

zone to reach extremely high power; in fact, the Booster is a power level that goes beyond the “9” level. This function 

is activated by selecting a cooking zone and then by pressing the I key of the control panel. The display of the selected 

cooking zone (

F

) will show a « » , which will indicate this active function. To deactivate this function, it is possible to 

press the 

I

 key of the control panel again, or to select another power level (from “9” to “1”), with the 

D

 key.

TIMER

This function allows establishing the time (from 1 to 99 minutes) for automatically switching the selected cooking 

zone off.
To activate the Timer on a cooking zone, select the zone, adjust the power and press the Timer key within 6 seconds. 

The timer display shows the default value «10» (10 minutes), the number «1» is flashing. Adjust the dozens value within 

6 seconds using the 

[+]

 and 

[-] 

keys. Press the Timer key to confirm the settings. The display now shows a flashing 

«0», press the keys

 [+]

 and 

[-]

 keys within 6 seconds to adjust the units value. Press the Timer key to confirm or wait 6 

seconds for the automatic confirmation. The time countdown starts and it is shown on the timer display.
The cooking zone on which the timer has been activated is indicated by a steady led at the corner of the Display.
An acoustic signal will indicate the timer expiration and the relative cooking zone will automatically switch off. Press 

any of the keys to stop the acoustic signal.
