2. Insert the AdvancedMC into the slot with the handle extracted. The BLUE LED switches ON once
it is inserted.
3. Close the handle. The BLUE LED flashes and then switches OFF. The board powers up.
Hot swapping out a board:
1. Extract the hot swap handle
2. The BLUE LED flashes and then stays ON.
3. When the BLUE LED is ON, the AdvancedMC can be removed from the chassis.
