ADJUSTING THE RESISTANCE
To change the amount of resistance for your workout,
insert the weight pin into the desired weight. Make
sure that the weight pin is fully inserted into the
weight.

ADJUSTING THE SEAT
If you are standing next to the strength equipment, lift
the handle and move the seat forward or backward.
If you are seated on the strength equipment, lean for-
ward slightly and slide the seat forward or backward.
