FreeFlight 2101 I/O Approach Plus GPS Navigation System
Notes:
1. Each of the three FreeFlight 2101 I/O Approach Plus synchros may be programmed to output one of the
angles listed below, in either SYNCHRO or SIN/COS format, and either offset by 180° or not:
OFF : No synchro output
HDG : Heading (Magnetic)
THDG : True Heading
DTK : Desired Track
TDTK : True Desired Track
BRG : Bearing
TBRG : True Bearing
TKE : Track Angle Error
DA : Drift Angle
TKE-DA : Track Angle Error - Drift Angle
DA-TKE : Drift Angle - Track Angle Error
BRG-HDG : Bearing - Heading
To reset any of the synchro outputs:
1. Press .
2. Rotate the small knob to select the output type to be changed.
3. Rotate the large knob to move to the phase field.
4. Rotate the small knob to change the phase to 000 or +180.
5. Rotate the large knob to move to the format field.
6. Rotate the small knob to select the format type, either SYNCHRO or SIN/COS.
7. Press to save the changes.
