Schematic Diagram
The Cutter can be used without installing the Right squaring Arm.
The mount cutters come fully assembled apart from attaching the
Right hand Squaring Arm. The plastic bag contains two screws,
two nuts and one allen key.
Fit the two allen screws and nuts into the two holes in the end of
the squaring arm.
The two nuts fit into the slot located in the base, and the end of
the squaring arm fits neatly into the recess.
Align the squaring arm so that it is parallel to the border width
gauge, by placing a straight edge or ruler across the base.
Tighten the two screws with the allen key provided.
The Squaring Arm can be removed for storage, and to help
reposition it next time, mark its position with a pencil line.
It will then be easier to calibrate when you reassemble the
machine.
