16. POSSIBLE PROBLEMS

It is exposed to excessive sunlight.
Close the curtains.
The windows are open. There are too
many people in the room or too many

The filter is very dirty.
Clean or replace the filter.
The air inlet is blocked.
Remove any possible blockages.
The room temperature is lower than the
set temperature.
Change the temperature.
The device is noisy.
The device is not placed on a flat surface. Set the device on an even and hard
surface.
The compressor does not work.
Overheating protection is active.
Check ventilation. Restart the device
after 5 minutes when the compressor
cools down.
The remote control does not work.
The remote control is too far from the air
conditioner.
Move the remote control closer to the
device.
The control panel does not receive the
signal from the remote control.
The batteries are flat.
Replace the batteries.
E1 message
A short-circuit on the temperature sen-
sor and the PCB.

E2 message
A short-circuit on the temperature sen-
sor and the wiring of the PCB.
Contact an authorised service centre.
E4 message
This message indicates that the tank is
full or there is a week connection with
the socket.
If the external tank is emptied, contact an
authorised service centre.

Protection against freezing.
Wait until the device finishes the defro-
sting mode. This function is activated au-
tomatically.
If these tips do not solve the problem, immediately contact an authorized service centre.
