CHECK AND REPLACEMENT OF CARBON BRUSHES
1. Disconnect the machine from the power supply.
2. Turn the machine upside-down on paperboard.
3. Unscrew the covers of the motor carbon brushes with a suitable screwdriver. One of the carbon brushes is
located on the opposite side of the engine.
4. Remove the worn carbon brushes. Each carbon brush must not be less than 6 mm.
5. Insert the new carbon brushes in their housing. The two tabs of the upper metal side of the carbon brush
must be placed in the guide of the housing.
6. Replace the carbon brushes covers.
7. Check that the motor is working properly.
