ASSEMBLY
MACHINE ASSEMBLY (FIG. A)
1. Place the machine support (8) on a flat and sturdy surface.
2. Assemble the water tank (7).
3. Assemble the machine on water tank.
4. Assemble the water pump (15).
SUPPORT ASSEMBLY (FIG. B1 – B4)
WARNING! TO ASSEMBLE MACHINE SUPPORT RESPECT THE FOLLOWING
PROCEDURE ACCORDING TO THE GIVEN SEQUENCE.
1. Assemble the legs
2. Put machine support horizontally
3. Assemble
water tank
LEGS ASSEMBLY (FIG. B2)
1. Hold the first leg (16) in place on one corner of machine support (17) and fix it by using the fasteners (18).
2. Assemble the other legs by following the same instructions.
3. Put the support in upright position.
WATER TANK ASSEMBLY (FIG. B3)
Assemble the water tank (7) into machine support (17) as shown.
ASSEMBLY OF THE MACHINE ON TANK (FIG. B4)
1. Keep the machine horizontally on water tank (7) as shown in the figure.
2. Carefully lay down the machine on water tank until the feeder fits in the recesses in the bottom of water
tank.
WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY (FIG. B5 – B6)
1. Lift the left side of the machine with one hand.
2. Place the water pump (19) in the position as shown, while carefully guiding the cable and hose (20) as
shown.
3. Make sure that the head, the cable and the hose can be freely moved back and forth. The pump must stay
into water.
WARNING!
NEVER LET THE PUMP RUN DRY. ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT THE SUCTION
OPENING (21) IS FULLY IMMERSED.
WATER TANK FILLING (FIG. A)
Fill water tank (7) with clean water until the pump is completely immersed.
