Description
All values are 16 bit signed numbers.
Values between -32752 (0x800F) and -32768 (0x8000) are error values. See Tab. 37:
Error values in 0x2000, page 45 .
The other values are formed with the offset and scaling factor for each channel. See
0x2004 Scale Factor, page 48 and 0x2005 Offset, page 49 .
