in amplitude and has about a

3. Step deflection pulse.
A x100 probe was used with
DC coupling.
This is the pulse applied to the
deflection plate x' in the E1T .
The pulse rises quickly to
15.2V and then decays over a
period of about 20
μ
S.
The ideal waveform.
The measured waveform
meets the requirements for the
maximum rise time (< 0.7
μ
S),
the minimum decay time (>
11
μ
S) and the pulse amplitude
(actually 12% above 13.6V).
