tab and populate the following fields:

Account Name:
Enter name that will appear on the phone.

SIP Server:
Enter your FortiVoice’s local IP address or WAN IP address (for external IP
phones).

SIP User ID:
Enter the extension number for this phone.

Authenticate ID:
Enter the username of extension.
e.
Authenticate Password:
Enter the password of extension.
f.
Voice Mail UserID:
Enter

g.
Name:
Enter the caller ID for this extension. This field can be used depending on your
FortiVoice settings. Please refer to “Caller ID setup” in the
FortiVoice User Guide

Tel URI:
— leave at default setting.
