Codec Settings
from the left menu.
By default the GXV3140 has
H.264
selected. In order to be able to use the video call option
with your FortiVoice system, you will need to add the H.263 video codec. Here are the steps
to add the H.263 video codec:
a.
Select
H.263
under
Preferred Video Codec
.
b.
Click the right arrow to select the codec.

Save

Click
Call Settings
from the left menu.
Change the
DialPlan
to
{x+|*x+}
.

Click
Save
.

Click
Apply
to complete the setup.
