Firmware DB microcontrollers

11.3.

SIRIUS Station firmware update

The firmware of the microcontroller of the SIRIUS Station has its own peculiarities - the

device does not have a system button and you can only put it into boot mode

from the

ARENA program.

The sequence is as follows:



Launch ARENA and BootLoader programs.



Turn on SIRIUS Stations for which firmware updates are required (up to 8 devices
can be flashed simultaneously).



Wait for their connection with the server (the LEDs on the display panel light up
and fade alternately in different colors) and the information about this appears in

the ARENA program.



Check firmware version. If it differs from the installed one, or there is a need to
update the current one, continue the procedure.



In the ARENA program, in the “Change ID” tab of the “System Settings” window,

select the number of the reprogrammable device from the drop-down list (or, if
necessary, reflash all connected devices by clicking on the “All” option).



Press the “Set boot mode” button.



Successful switching of this device to boot mode will result in disconnecting it from
the ARENA program. All LEDs on the SIRIUS display panel turn off, only the side
lights are on.
