Fault Possible reasons Recommendations
The hob or one of the induc-
tion burners have suddenly
switched off, audio alarm has
triggered, display shows Error
Code (alternately with one
or several figures of the hob
timer)
This is a technical fault. Please, write down the Error
Code, disconnect the hob from
mains and contact qualified ser-
vice technician.
DISPLAYED ERRORS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
In the event of technical fault the induction hob will automatically enter the safe mode and
show certain error code on the display:

Е4/Е5 Temperature sensor fault
Please, contact your supplier
Е7/Е8 IGBT temperature sensor fault
Please, contact your supplier
Е2/Е3 Mains voltage surges in excess
of permissible limits
Please, check mains voltage.
Switch on the hob after the
mains voltage surges will have
stopped.
Е6/Е9 Poor heating by the induction
hob
Please, let the hob cool down
to room temperature, then
switch it on again.
