5.1 First use
Before first use, a new active carbon filter needs to be placed in the E-PURE
ASPRA to remove gasses and smells. The collector is already in place to capture
contaminations in the air. Follow directions in section 5.2 to place the active
carbon filter.
5.2 Changing saturated collectors
During use, the collector and the active carbon filter should be replaced regularly
for optimal air cleaning efficiency.
5. Use
1.
Flip the main switch [3] to position 0 to
turn OFF the E-PURE ASPRA, the green
light in the switch will turn off.
2.
Place the palms on the collector
container, approximately 5 cm from the
bottom.
3.
Push with the palms of your hands
against the collector container, until you
hear a “click” on both sides.
4.
Pull the collector container slightly from
the E-PURE ASPRA S400, until the
collector opening is visible.
5.
Remove saturated collector and Active
Carbon Filter. Follow the guidelines
as mentioned at 1.1 Safety measures
and the safety guidelines of your
work environment when removing the
saturated collectors.
6.
Remove the new collector and the Active
Carbon Filter from their packaging and
place them in the collector unit. Always
place the black Active Carbon Filter
behind the white collector as shown.
7.
Place the collector container back in the
E-PURE ASPRA, by placing the palms of
your hands approximately 5 cm from the
bottom of the collector container and
pushing it back into the machine until
you hear a “click” on both sides.
