Fan [1]
The fan pulls polluted air into the appliance allowing the cleaned air to exit through
the other side.
First filtration section [2]
The first filtration section houses the electrostatic section and eliminates viruses
and charges particles in the air. Allowing them to be captured in the electrostatic
section and the collector container.
Electronics [4]
The electronic section houses the electronics of the application. Only qualified
personnel is allowed to open the application and electronic section.
3. Functional overview
Collector container [9]
The collector container serves to remove,
amongst others, viruses, bacteria, prions, yeast
spores, animal dust, and soot from the cleaned
air. In standard use, the collector container
contains one collector and one Active carbon
Filter. The air must pass the collector first and
then the Active Carbon Filter.
The standard Active Carbon filter allows the air
purifier to remove gasses and smells released
by traffic, high levels of tobacco smoke and
ozone (from the outside air). The Active Carbon
Filter should be replaced together with the
collector.
