If the heater has been left in the forward position, with no plastic in the clamp frame, the table will start to
overheat. The pipe attached to the back of the table will shrink and constrict the passage of air. Pipes beco-
me less flexible over time and may loosen or crack.
To check the vacuum filter:
Service / Repair
Unplug the machine from the mains and remove the iec plug from the side of the machine.
Remove the 6 self-tapping screws securing the back panel.
You will see the cylindrical vacuum filter with a pipe attached to each
end. Discard the blocked filter and fit a new one.
Before any maintenance work is carried out, electrical supply must be locked in the OFF position
or the mains lead removed.
Only a qualified electrical technician may work on any parts carrying mains voltage and should be
responsible for ensuring that the machine is in a safe condition before allowing services to be res-
tored.
